I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, condominiums, senior housing, vacation, second home and income property. I have been licensed since 1980. I am a member of the National Association of Realtor and the California Association of Realtor and the local North San Diego California Association of Realtors . In addition I am a member of the SRES which specializes in the needs of the mature client(55+).Only 1% of all Realtors are members of this Council and hold this designation. Member of the Senior Resource Association and do volunteer work thru the local Senior Center. I recently help to raise over $10,000 for the Oceanside Senior Center thru a silent auction, fashion show that was put on at Camp Pendleton. I live, work and play in a very active resort style 55+ community in Oceanside called Ocean Hills Country Club. As a Seniors Specialist (SRES) I like my clients to know that I am not just about Real Estate! I have many facets to my business as a Coldwell Banker Realtor. I am an active member of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, named Ambassador of the Year for 2007. Presently the co-director of the Oceanside Ambassadors.
My clients and their families come to realize early in their relationship with me that I have many resources in place to help them transition to the various stages of retirement, whether it is the empty nester to the elderly who are now transitioning to asisted living. As an example I have created a website that displays various senior communities thru out the North San Diego area. I have resources in place that help my clients prioritize their moves whether they are selling or buying. While I specialize in the senior market I have clients in all areas of life stages from the first time home buyer to the senior moving to asisted living. I also help clients with investment properties and vacation homes. I have resources available for relocation thru out the United States.
